1. Agreement to These Terms
By using this website or placing an order with LSL Global Empowerment, LLC, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or have parental permission to purchase, and that you accept these Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all use of lslglobalempowerment.com and to the sale and supply of all products and services offered through it.
2. What We Offer
LSL Global Empowerment, LLC and Ms. LaQuita S. Lewis provides digital products such as guides, journals, printable downloads, and self paced masterclass recordings, physical products such as books and journals, and services including the Make It Official business build and Life Strategy Sessions. Each product and service is described on its own page, and you should review those details carefully before purchasing.
3. Pricing and Descriptions
While we make every effort to ensure accuracy, we reserve the right to correct any errors in pricing or product descriptions, and to cancel or refuse any order placed based on incorrect information. Such corrections may be made even after an order has been accepted. All prices are in US dollars, and applicable sales tax is added where required.
4. Physical Products, Books and Journals
All physical books and journals are fulfilled through Lulu Direct. If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage so we can work toward a resolution. We are not responsible for delays or damage caused by the shipping carrier once an order has left our fulfillment partner.
5. Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital downloads, you will have immediate access to copyrighted and proprietary material upon purchase. Digital products are considered used upon download or access. For this reason, we maintain a strict No Refund and No Exchange Policy on all digital products, including digital journals and printable downloads, masterclass recordings and course materials, and digital guides and templates.
We are not liable for refunds or exchanges due to technical issues on your device, including printer malfunction, inability to install required software, or Internet connectivity problems.
6. Services
Make It Official. A 50 percent deposit is required to begin, and the remaining balance is due within two weeks of your first payment. Projects are completed within three weeks, and your site launches once the balance is paid in full. Because this work is reserved and begun specifically for you, deposits and payments are non-refundable. Your package includes one round of revisions as described on the service page.
Life Strategy Sessions. All coaching sessions are non-refundable once scheduled. The moment payment is made, that time is reserved exclusively for you and removed from availability for other clients. We accommodate one reschedule per booking at a mutually agreed time, requested at least 48 hours before your appointment. No-shows without prior notice are non-refundable and forfeit the reschedule option.
7. Change of Mind
Please choose carefully before completing your purchase. We do not provide refunds or exchanges if you have changed your mind or made a selection in error. If you have questions about a product or service before purchasing, please contact us at hello@lslglobalempowerment.com.
8. Discount Codes
Discount codes must be applied at the time of purchase and cannot be applied retroactively. Codes cannot be combined with other offers or promotions and are valid for a limited time only. LSL Global Empowerment, LLC reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion at any time without notice.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this website and within our products, including text, guides, journals, workbooks, course and masterclass materials, designs, and the Exit Strategy methodology, is the copyrighted and proprietary property of LSL Global Empowerment, LLC and Ms. LaQuita S. Lewis. It is provided for your personal use only. You may not copy, reproduce, resell, share, distribute, or create derivative works from any of it without our express written permission.
10. Use of the Site
You agree to use this website lawfully and not to misuse it, interfere with its operation, or attempt to access areas or accounts that are not yours. We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel orders at our discretion.
11. Educational Nature and Limitation of Liability
Our coaching, courses, books, and content are provided for educational and informational purposes and are not a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial, or mental health advice. We do not guarantee any specific result, as outcomes depend on your own effort and circumstances. To the fullest extent permitted by law, LSL Global Empowerment, LLC and Ms.LaQuita S. Lewis is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our website, products, or services, which are provided as is.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Any changes take effect once posted on this page, and your continued use of the site or purchases after that constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
